To define taxonomies, categories, category classes, or document sets in Documentum Administrator, you need Superuser privileges or the ci_taxonomy_manager_role. The following procedure describes how to restrict the access to the Content Intelligence node to only some members using the ci_taxonomy_manager_role.
To set permission using ci_taxonomy_manager_role:
Navigate to Administration > Administrator Access
Create an Administrator Access Set.
In the Administrator Access Set properties, select the Content Intelligence node and the role ci_taxonomy_manager_role.
Navigate to Administration > User Management > Roles.
Select the ci_taxonomy_manager_role.
Click File > Add Member(s) and select the names of the users or groups you want to add to this role.
Navigate to /System/Applications/CI and select all objects in the CI folder.
Open the object properties, and then the Permissions tab.
Select the Permission Set to CI Default ACL.
