A repository user is a person or application with a user account that has been configured for a repository. User accounts are created, managed, and deleted on the User node. In a Documentum repository, user accounts are represented by user objects. Whenever a new user account is added to a repository, Content Server creates a user object. A user object specifies how a user can access a repository and what information the user can access.
