To email the workflow supervisor or a workflow performer:

1. Select Tools > Workflow > Workflow Reporting

   Tip: Alternately, you can select Tools > Workflow > My Workflows.

2. Select the workflow.

3. Select one of these:

   • Tools > Workflow > Email Supervisor

   • Tools > Workflow > Email Performers

   Your email application opens a new email message with the email addresses filled in.

4. Type your message, and send the email.
