To delete a profile:
Log in to Documentum Administrator with Administrator privileges.
Navigate to the MyDocumentum for Outlook node under Administration.
Click Profiles, then Click the name of the profile you wish to delete.
Right-click the highlighted profile and select Delete. If the profile has more than one version, select whether you want to delete all versions or just the current version.
Deleting a profile does not delete the items in the repository folders. However, users who had previously logged in to My Documentum for Microsoft Outlook using the profile you deleted can no longer access items saved to that profile’s location(s) through My Documentum for Microsoft Outlook.
