The Agent component automates the linking process between SAP objects and documents. For example, attribute information from scanned invoices can be automatically replicated from SAP to Documentum, providing non-SAP users with searchable access to invoices without having to learn SAPGUI.
The Agent component requires License Key 2 and is not available with License Key 1.
There are three parts to the Agent component known as Actions, Agents, and Jobs (Figure 25.2).
