Documentum Administrator is delivered with a standard process instance search page that enables you to find processes based on a variety of search criteria.
To search for a process instance:
In Documentum Administrator, navigate to Administration > Process Management > Process Instances.
Enter search criteria in the search fields to retrieve a list of process instances.
Click Search.
The following table describes the fields you can use to search for a process instance.

Field | Description |

Workflow name | The name of the process instance. |
Supervisor name | A user with the role of supervisor for that particular instance. |
Process name | The name of the process template. |
Runtime State | Select one of the following workflow states:
NoteIn the custom search page, the value for Runtime State is typed in a text box. Valid values for the text box must be typed using the following format: SHOW_ALL, SHOW_DORMANT, SHOW_RUNNING, SHOW_HALTED |
Version Label | The Documentum version of the process template. |
Containing Tasks with Status | Select a value for the type of instances you want to appear in the search results.
NoteIn the custom search page, the value for View Filter is typed in a text box. Valid values for the text box must be typed using the following format: SHOW_ALL, SHOW_FAILED, SHOW_OVERDUE, SHOW_OVERDUE_AND_FAILED, SHOW_OVERDUE_OR_FAILED. |
If you have configured a custom search tab, the columns that appear in the search results are based upon the data you set up in the search page.
