Locate the email to which an attachment belongs

This section describes how to locate an email to which an attachment belongs in Collaboration mode. For Archive mode, refer to the In Archive mode section for details on how email attachments are stored in Archive mode.

To locate the email to which an attachment belongs:

  1. Search for the email attachment by typing all or part of the attachment’s name into the search box above the tree navigation pane. For more information on searching, see Search.

  2. Right-click the attachment, and select View > Location
