Use these instructions to modify a job schedule, whether the job is a standard job, replication job, remove expired retention objects job, BOCS caching job, records migration job, or job sequence. Schedule each job to run with a frequency that meets your business needs. If a job is installed in the inactive state, change its status on the Job Properties - Info page.
Set up the schedules for replication jobs so that jobs for the same target repository do not run at the same time. Running replication jobs simultaneously to the same target repositories causes repository corruption.
To change a job schedule:
Connect to the repository and navigate to Job Management > Jobs.
The system displays the Jobs list page.
Locate the job whose schedule you want to change.
Select the job and then select View > Properties > Info.
The system displays the Job Properties - Info page.
Click the Schedule tab.
Change the job schedule as described in Table 7.4.
Click OK.

Next Run Date and Time | Specifies the next start date and time for the job. The default is the current date and time. |
Repeat | Specifies the time interval in which the job is repeated. |
Frequency | Specifies how many times the job is repeated. For example, if Repeat is set to Weeks and Frequency is set to 1, the job repeats every week. If Repeat is set to weeks and Frequency is set to 3, the job repeats every three weeks. |
End Date and Time | Specifies the end date and time for the job. The default end date is 10 years from the current date and time. |
After | Specifies the number of invocations after which the job becomes inactive. |
